Harkless, (405) 228-5689, e-mail Annette.Harkless@ok-ngb.army.mil On or around February 19, 2000, the Oklahoma Army National Guard will have a requirement to purchase new or recycled replacement toner cartridges for Hewlett Packard printers, model numbers 5L, 6L, 3100, 5P, 5MP, 6P, 6MP, 4, 4 Plus, 4M, 4M Plus, 5, 5M, 5N, 4L, 4ML, 4LC, 4P, 4MP and 4PJ. This requirement will also include toner replacement cartridges for OKIFAX, model numbers 1000, 1050, 2200, 2350, 2400, 2450, 2600, 5050, 5300 and 5600 series fax machines. As a preventive maintenance measure, the selected contractor will be required to provide general maintenance (i.e. clean and lube) on each machine on a periodic basis. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity, requirements type contract for one year with two additional option years.
