The services shall include: 1) managing an expanding electronic technical database; 2) designing and developing additional technical databases; 3) assisting the staff in working with data in the database; 4) obtaining additional technical data, as required; and 5) providing expertise in use and coordination of GIS and 3D modeling applications. The particular services to be provided will be made known to the contractor by means of sequentially numbered task orders in accordance with FAR 52.216-18 -- Ordering. Each task order will describe the work to be performed and state the period of performance, the delivery schedule, and the format for the deliverable. This proposed business opportunity is open to large businesses, small businesses, and small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Notice to large businesses: The subcontracting plan requirements of P.L. 95-507 are applicable to this effort. Thus, the businesses selected to receive a solicitation must be prepared to submit a detailed subcontracting plan. The size standard for this business opportunity is average annual receipts of $18M over the past three years, as set forth under Standard Industrial Classification 7371.
