The FISC Detachment Philadelphia intends to award a contract for performance at the U.S. Naval Submarine Base New London located in Groton, CT, to provide all materials and labor for removal, surface preparation, installation of underlay and deck coverings, and reseal and repair of deck coverings. The deck coverings are of various types: plastic, vinyl or rubber deck tile; vinyl or electric grade matting; chemical fusion or heat welded; cosmetic polymeric; non-halogenated plastic tile; and Fed Spec DDD-C-95 carpet. The following military specifications are referenced in the SOW: MIL-A-21016F, MIL-A-46106B, MIL-D-3134J, MIL-D-3135G, MIL-D-24613, MIL-DTL-15562G, MIL-P-24441B. FOB Destination at SUBASE Groton, CT. Performance includes a base period from 1 May 2000 through 30 September 2000 and three 12-month option periods.
