The VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) proposes to award a sole source contract to Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, a non-profit medical facility for the provision of off site services of an Exercise Physiologist and a Research Associate. These services are required as an integral part of an approved and funded research project. As a part of the project, the Neuromuscular Center of the Institute for Exercise and Environmental Medicine, a division of Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas has been approved to accomplish those duties required with subject recruitment, scheduling, conducting exercise test and data. For those responsible and interested parties, the solicitation will be issued to Presbyterian as an RFQ on or about 01/14/2000 with a due date of 01/28/2000.
