A contractor is being sought that would examine files on approximately 7,300 loans, assemble certain information that is contained in the files and enter the information into a database that will permit the government to quickly retrieve information about each loan file, study the information, update it and act upon it as may be necessary in the daily course of business. The RFP will be available on the issue date in Adobe Acrobat electronic format only (i.e., there will be no "hard copy" distribution).
