Linen and laundry services which include required labor, facilities, inventory, pick up of dirty laundry and delivery of clean laundry to the National Hansen's Disease Programs, Carville LA during the 12 month period beginning April 1, 2000 with options to extend two additional 12 month periods. Pick up and delivery shall be one day per week between the hours of 6:45AM and 12:00PM. Offeror shall have a minimum of three years experience in managing health care laundry and demonstrate compliance with applicable JCAHO requirements for laundry services of hospital linens.
