This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F34612-00-QD041 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This acquisition is unrestricted and is under Standard Industrial Classification code 4953, with a small business size standard of $6,000,000. Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, materials, supervision, and administration necessary to perform the following items: Item 0001, Provide 4 each 40 cubic yard and 4 each 20 cubic yard roll-off containers. Item 0001 is to be delivered 24 Jan 00, to locations specified prior to award, at Altus AFB OK. Estimated 70 loads of demolition debris to be dumped, provide per load price; Item 0002, Dump Fees at Altus Land Fill, Estimated 1200 TN, and provide per ton price. Contractor will pay for all fees and provide weigh tickets, showing actual weights, to an appointed government representative. Estimated one dump per container, per day. The contractor will move the containers, if needed, within four- (4) hour's notification, at no additional cost to the government. Performance period will be 24 Jan 00 through NLT 3 Mar 00. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order: FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Nov 1999). It is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Offers on this acquisition shall be evaluated on the basis of price factors only. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions.
