synopsis is issued for informational and planning purposes only. The
Air Mobility Command (AMC) is conducting market research to identify
potential sources to establish and maintain class schedules and
attendance rosters (for six classes), disseminate class schedules to
all AMC/AMC-gained organizations, track and monitor distribution and
use of approved training allocations, recommend changes and/or updates
to AMC Operations Security (OPSEC) training, and conduct OPSEC
training IAW the AMC approved course. Request interested offerors
capable of performing this effort submit a capability statement no
later than 27 January 2000. Information submitted in the capability
statement should include company name, address, telephone number, point
of contact, business size and general description of the company and
services provided. Interested parties should also include a list of
their most recent and relevant contracts for providing similar services
to include contract number, place of performance, customer point of
contact, telephone number, contract type, amount of award, and period
of performance. The information should also include a very brief
description of the services required and whether performance was
considered acceptable or an explanation for performance problems noted.
Interested parties should also indicate their ability to provide these
services with personnel who already possess, or have the ability to
obtain a Secret Clearance within thirty days after contract award. Be
sure to identify any existing federal supply schedules such as through
the General Services Administration or other existing government
contracts that may be used to obtain such services along with ordering
information. Page limit for the capability statements is 25 pages. All
data must be submitted electronically to the point of contact specified
below. This request for information is not a commercial solicitation
and the Government will not pay for any information submitted or for
