The work includes removal and replacement of approximately 7,400 LF of buried condensate piping at four sites. The project is primarily replacement of the FRP condensate piping and in some areas both condensate and steam piping shall be replaced. Incorporate cathodic protection utilizing impressed current and properly size rectifiers and all the necessary components for a complete system to cover the new steel condensate lines. Additional work includes adding a boiler to Building 3542, adding an electric unit heater to Building 122, and re-piping steam and condensate lines inside Building 3898 to facilitate only one steam entrance to the building.
