This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N00164-00-Q-0035, is a Request For Quotation. This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15 and DFARS Change Notice 19991118. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 3612. The requirement is 25 each basic power converter/rectifier's. The requirements are as follows: must be able to convert 12V 60Hz signal from the ship to a 24Vdc with a minimum of 40 Amps, Max size is Width 21"x Height 11" x Depth 15". The required delivery date is 31 March 2000. The award will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competitionis being sought on a full and open basis. Shipping terms will be FOB destination with delivery to NSWC Crane IN.
