Project Number and Title: UHHZ 000802 and 000803, Architect-Engineer Services Indefinite Quantity Contract. b. Location: Robins AFB GA c. Description: Work includes the production of designs, plans, drawings, estimates, and specifications for maintenance, repair and minor construction projects. The Indefinite Delivery Contract will have a maximum of $750,000 in A-E Fees, with a minimum of $5,000 guaranteed, against which individual delivery orders of up to $299,000 may be written. The contract period is for twelve months. The government may at its option renew the contract for an additional four years upon completion of the initial twelve-month period. Typical work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) renovation of existing buildings; (2) construction of new buildings; (3) repair or replacement of existing roofing systems; (4) removal of asbestos materials and lead paint in conjunction with building renovations, and (5) interior design services. We expect to select up to two firms for these requirements. d. Factors on eligibility for consideration: (1) Geographical Area: Southeastern U.S. (2) Firm Size: Firms considered small businesses and large businesses will be eligible for consideration under this announcement. (3) Other: (a) Firms with Microstation CADD capability and those with other CADD systems with inexpensive and accurate translators will receive special consideration. (b) The Government may at its option negotiate with the firm selected at a later date for services to inspect the project and provide as-built drawings. (c) e. Estimated Start Date: May 2000 f.
