Secret Service (USSS) intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Intelesis Incorporated, 9666 Business Park Avenue, San Diego, CA 92131, for technical support services for software upgrades, associated computer hardware and signal processing software and fusion processing algorithms. Lack of competition is due to the fact that Intelesis specially designed and developed the software for government purposes and the software is proprietary to Intelesis Incorporated. Services shall be provided for a period of 12 months from date of award. F.O.B. Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Solicitation package is not available. This is a notice of intent to sole source under authority of FAR 6.302 and is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as aresult of this notice will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit capability statements and provide written pricing information. Only written responses will be accepted and must be received within 7 calendar days of the date of this notice.
