The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure the following: 81 cell phones with radio, as well as paging functions with regional and statewide coverage in the state of Georgia. Units must have two-way radio with privacy mode capability; telephone interconnect and alphanumeric paging capabilities. All features must be secure from cloning and scanning of conversations. Telephone mode should be able to operate throughout the system without roaming charges. Units must be able to be organized into separate, private talk groups as well as multiple talk groups not limited to geographical boundaries. This requirement is based on the territory covered by the field offices within the state. This procurement is a total small business set-aside and will be made utilizing the simplified acquisitions procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above, on an all or none basis. All interested parties must submit a quote within 10 days of publication of this notice, and must include price and product literature information, which lists specifications.
