all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, coordination and
transportation for preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC
equipment at the 78th Medical Group at Robins AFB GA, building 700.
Must be familiar with Air Handling Units, Exhaust fans, Fan coil units,
Ice machines, Return fans, Ventilation Fans and Water coolers from
several manufacturers, including: Trane, Follet, Manitwock, Greenheck,
Cincinnati fan, Oasis, Sonroc, GE, McQuay, Lauren Cook, Kovo, and
Dayton. Approximately 236 pieces of equipment are covered under this
proposed contract. The anticipated contract will cover one basic year
and four option years. A site visit will be scheduled and stated in the

disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government

confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not
participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection
