Sill, Oklahoma. The Ft. Sill requirement is for services relating to the operation and maintenance of Buildings and Structures, Family Housing, Utility Systems, HVAC Systems, Dining facility Equipment, Surfaced Areas and Grounds, Pest Control, U-Do-It Services, Self-Help Services, Water and Wastewater Plant, Equipment Maintenance and Landfill Maintenance. Applicable SIC Code is 8744 with a size standard of $20 Million. The performance period is one year with four option years with a phase-in and phase-out period. This procurement will be solicited unrestricted under a cost-plus-award-fee arrangement. A formal source selection procedure will be used during the evaluation process with oral presentations being part of the process. The competitive range may be limited for efficiency purposes in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be placed on the TRADOC Acquisition Center website @tac.eustis.army.mil on or about February 1, 2000. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the TAC website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Site visit will be scheduled and conducted in accordance with the solicitation, approximately two weeks after issuance.
