The US Army, Installation Business Office-Contracting, has a requirement for providing all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, and any other item necessary to print 20,000 Installation Unofficial Guide/Telephone Directories for a one (1) year period, with four (4) option periods. The contract which may be renewed annually, will not exceed 5 years. The Guide/Directory will be published and shipped at no cost to the Government. Contractor shall look to advertising revenues to fund cost of publication and shall solicit, sell and collect all revenues. The date for receipt of offers is estimated. The solicitation will contain a firm closing date. For determining business size on this project, the applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2741/500 employees. Due to automation of the Bidder's Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required before vendors can be added to the list. It is, therefore, required that all requests for solicitations include the vendor's business size, complete company name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address. Request shall be submitted via e-mail to davisd@bragg.army.mil or fax (910) 396-5603 and must reference the solicitation number and title. Contractors wishing to do business with the Government must be registered in the CCR for any awards resulting from solicitations issued after 1 June 1998 or the contractor will not be eligible for award. This requirement applies to all solicitations and awards, regardless of the media: paper, oral, fax, electronic, etc. Contractors may register in the CCR through the World Wide Web at www.ccr2000.com or 1-888-227-2423. Upon release to public, solicitation will be available for download via the internet at website "www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/solicit.htm". Contractors who have requested the solicitation will be notified of its' release via email. Contractor is to furnish three (3) copies of his proposal prepared in electronic format. Proposal that do not exceed the capacity (1.44MB) of a single 3.5-inch floppy disk may be submitted on a floppy disk. Proposal that do exceed (1.44MB) shall be submitted on CD-ROM in the CD-Recordable (CD-R) format.
