The magnitude of this construction project is between $5 million and $15 million. This solicitation is beingadvertised on an UNRESTRICTED basis inviting full and open competition. The SIC Code is 1542 and the size standard is $17 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to this solicitation and will be based on the "BEST VALUE" to the Government, technical factors and price considered.
