Restore interior ceilings, walls, finishes, doors transoms, etc. Remove any hazard materials encountered and dispose of, Remove existing structure necessary to the installation of new elevators. Install new elevators, new handicap access ramps, new fire protection systems. The contractor or subcontractor shall have State of Georgia EPD certifications for asbestos contractor and lead-based paint contractor.
