This procurement is to provide all materials, labor, plant, and equipment for repair, cleaning, and sealing of concrete containment structures around JP-5 and JP-8 jet fuel tanks at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. Work involves repair of cracks in concrete dike walls, replacement of expansion joint material, cleaning of all concrete surfaces, crack sealing, and applying a primer and finish coat to all cleaned surfaces. There are approximately 124,000 square feet of surfaces to be sealed. Work is required in occupied and operating facilities. Performance period will be 180 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $100,000 and $500,000.
