The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Military Family Housing (MFH) grounds maintenance is performed at Tyndall AFB, Florida, and Cove Garden Military Family Housing, Panama City, Florida. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract with a performance period of a base period of 6 months and four option years. The services to be provided are subject to the Service Contract Act. The solicitation will be available for downloading through this site approximately 13 Jan 99.
