The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-97-G-0015 with Lockheed Martin Federal Systems (LMFS), Owego, NY to procure a CH-60S Common Cockpit Avionics Maintenance Trainer (AMT). This is a full-scale replica of the forward cabin and crew compartment of the CH-60S aircraft that will provide physical skills training using simulated weapons replaceable assemblies for H-60 Aircraft. LMFS is the sole developer of the H-60 Common Cockpit, including systems software and the manufacture and integration of systems hardware, and alone possesses the technical data required for this effort.
