The Navy requires assorted Communications Distribution Systems electronic components which will be integrated into various Government platforms such as the Direct Air Support Center (DASC), the Air Defense Communications Platform (ADCP), the Tactical Air Command Center(TACC)and others. It is anticipated that there will be a requirement for a basic quantity and requirements for three option quantities. Major components expected to make up the requirements are 32 Network Access Units, NSN 5998-01-464-3318, 98 User Control Devices, NSN 5998-01-464-3322, 98 User Control Devices with buzzers, no NSN assigned as yet, 33 UCD Distribution Boxes, NSN 6110-01-464-3375, 25 Stand-Alone Signal Entry Panels, 25 NAU Power Supplies, NSN 6130-01-464-3341, and 25 Headsets, NSN 5965-01-464-3372. Other assorted cables and support equipment will make up the rest of the requirement. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification is 3679 and the size standard is 500 employees. This procurement will be a sole source acquisition to Computing Devices Canada Calgary, Canada based on FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
