COMPACT DISC REPRODUCTION -- The requirement is for reproduction of Compact Discs -- Read Only -- Memory (CD-ROM). The specifications require making CD-ROM masters/stampers from Government furnished pre-mastered data; replication of CD-ROMs; printing of titles on discs in 2 colors; plain mailers; packaging; mail list maintenance, shrink wrap or secure mailer, analysis and preparation of postal forms; mail label printing, and mailing. The government will provide Federal Express expense. Mailing costs shall be included in contractor proposal. Mailers provided shall be acceptable by USPS. This solicitation is for a 4 disc set with a quantity of 8,246 sets 7650 CD Sets mailed; a 4-disc set with a quantity of 7,957 disc sets 6971 CD Sets mailed; a single disc with a quantity of 7703 discs 7076 CD Sets mailed. Delivery schedule is within 5 -- 7 workdays after receipt of order. Timely delivery is critical. Contractor shall have capability for CD mastering, CD replication, printing and assembly of mailers, and mailing. FAR CLAUSE 52.246-2 SHALL APPLY TO THIS ORDER.
