The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase the following items on a Limited Source Basis from ABTECH Systems, Inc., 2777 Loker Avenue West., Carlsbad, CA 92008 (CLIN 0001 -- HP Model 12H AutoRAID Enclosure with: 2 x 96MB Controllers, 4 x 18.2GB Disk Drives -- Qty 1 each, INSTALLED) and (CLIN 0002 -- Model # A3710A, HP 18.2GB Disk Drives for Model 12H AutoRaid -- Qty 4 each). Refurbished & Remanufactured Equipment from ABTECH is acceptable. Items will include all cables and terminators. All items will include the manufacturer's standard warranty. At the time of shipment, the vendor shall provide the serial numbers of the items to be shipped. The above items will be installed within the AEGIS Baseline 6 HPT520 program generation and production system to support the AEGIS Computer Center (ACC) AEGIS computer program lifecycle mission. These items will be used to upgrade an existing ACC HPT520 system thereby requiring compatibility (equipment and applications) with the developers and the AEGIS fleet to ensure the ACC can support its lifecycle support engineering mission and deliver quality AEGIS computer programs to the fleet. These items will be acquired on a limited source basis utilizing the Simplified Acquisition procedures. The closing date is 25 January 2000. Anticipated award date is 26 January 2000. All items are to be priced FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA. Delivery shall be 10 days after award. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY (CBD) NOTICE.
