Services include: unlimited telephone support on any Microsoft product, operating system and application; access to special product information bulletins; service pack and hotfix notification; troubleshooting tools and guides; a designated support team; real time telephone assistance 24 hours a day; 7 days a week; supportability reviews and consulting; multi-vendor coordination; and critical problem alerts. Services will be for a period of one year. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisitions procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above, on an all or none basis. All interested parities must submit a technical proposal that demonstrates the capability to provide premium maintenance support services equivalent to the Microsoft Premier Support Services to include cost, within 1 day after the date of this publication. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH/Vendor miscellaneous payment enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer.
