Work includes replacing switchboards, electrical panels, feeders, and branch circuits in an existing hospital. Area of consideration is limited to firms located within a 50 mile radius of Cheyenne, Wyoming. This project is setaside for small emerging business -- small emerging business criteria is annual average gross receipts for the last three fiscal years is less than $2 million. A/E selection criteria will include; (1) professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services; (2) specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E firm with similar type projects; (3) past performance on contracts with Government agencies; (4) geographical location of A/E firms; (5) experience and roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects; (6) cost control and estimating effectiveness; and (7) CAD capability.
