This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Technology Applications Office intends to award a commercial contract for a contractor to revise existing code and develop new code in the existing Omnis 7 Database. This effort encompasses additional development, enhancements and support of existing software applications presently developed in Omnis 7. It includes the conversion/consolidation of related databases presently developed in Approach and FileMaker Pro for Win 95. In addition, it covers the development and use of related electronic forms, scanned images and other items as necessary to support the database/information system requiremets and make them fully functional and operational. The contractor must have a current Top Secret Security Clearance and experience with the Omnis 7 software. The contract will be a level of effort for 600 hours with 4 options up to 1200 additional hours.
