The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source services contract with Integreat Corporation, 8630 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, MD 20910 for maintenance to the Property Plus system. Maintenance to the system includes software enhancements, software validation/testing, database maintenance and documentation updates, unlimited technical customer support concerning issues, questions, concerns, hardware instuctions, software instuction or any other relevant questions concerning the Property Plus system. This support will be provided from 8am to 5pm, EST, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon advanced notification, the contractor may be required to provide emergency support during weekends and holidays. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisitions procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be based on meeting the requirements listed above, on an all or none basis. All interested parities must submit a technical proposal that demonstrates the capability to provide maintenance support services for the Property Plus System to include cost, within 2 days after the date of this publication. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH/Vendor miscellaneous payment enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer.
