Provide Residential Community Corrections Center Services in one of the following counties in Ohio: Hamilton, Warren, Clermont or Butler. Concerns having the ability for providing a Residential Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders sentenced under various United States Statutes. Services required include subsistence, care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment to include furnishing medical and dental treatment. The services shall be performed in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, "Community Corrections Center" dated January, 2000. The location of the facility should be in one of the following counties in Ohio: Hamilton, Warren, Clermont or Butler. The estimated number of inmate days for the two year base period of the contract is 19,112. The estimated number of inmate days for the first option year is 9,855. The estimated number of inmate days for the second option year is 10,220. The estimated number of inmate days for the third option year of is 10,585. The estimated ratio of inmate days will be 80 percent male and 20 percent female. A firm-fixed-price-requirements contract with a two year base period and three one year option periods is anticipated. The estimated issue date for the Request for Proposals(RFP) is February 28, 2000. The estimated closing date for the RFP is April 27, 2000.
