Work will include demolition of the following: South Nike Education Annex, five munitions storage bunkers, Building 608, Building 1009 chimney, jet fuel storage tank, various asphalt and concrete pavements, and miscellaneous sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. The solicitation will be issued on a unrestricted basis under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industry Classification Code is 1795 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7 million. A requirements contract will be awarded with a base year of 1 April -- 30 September 2000 and two one-year option periods. Delivery orders will be issued if and/or when funding becomes available.
