The National Emergency Training Center has a requirement for site preparation for a 6 meter up-link satellite dish. Project consists of interior and exterior additions to support a 6 meter satellite up-link antenna. Work includes installation of a concrete foundation and pad with bolt down patterns imbedded into the pad. Construction of an electronics support room in the base of a stair tower to house associated amplifiers and other electronic equipment. Support room will also house new electrical distribution panels, and a through-wall heat pump. Work will include conduit runs to the second floor TV studio and core drilled wall penetrations. The period of performance of the resulting purchase order will be from date of award through 60 days. A firm-fixed price order is contemplated. The Request for Quotation will be ready 01/31/00.
