The Corps of Engineers has a need for a construction contract for construction of upstream submerged training dikes at Charleroi Locks and Dam, Monongahela River, River Mile 41.5, Westmoreland and Washington Counties, Pennsylvania. The work consists of underwater excavation and placement of stone to form eight (8) training dikes along the upstream approach to the locks. The contract also includes furnishing Government field office and equipment, Magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000; The plans and specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge.
