Provide labor, materials, and equipment to rehab the aircraft wash system at the USCG Air Station Barbers Point, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes the following and incidental related work: replace washrack building with new pre-engineered building; replace reverse osmosis system; replace hose reels and hoses; install new hot water system; install new centrifugal pump; install one additional water tank; and, relocate water softener system, carbon filter, water storage tank, and electrical devices. All work shall be completed within 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and resulting contract to be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
