Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to upgrade three (3) missile alert facilities, with an option for essentially the same work at an additional 3 missile alert facilities in accordance with the specifications and drawings. All facilities are located within the vicinity of Malmstrom AFB MT. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 4 Feb 00. Request For Proposal will close on or about 7 Mar 00. Performance period is 165 calendar days after issuance of Notice To Proceed for each group of 3 missile alert facilities. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available only on the internet at http://www.eps.gov.
