16 -- OXYGEN AIRCRAFT COMPONENTS SOL N68936-00-T-0046 DUE 022200 POC Margaret Keen, Contract Specialist, (760) 939-4665 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to award a Simplified Acquisition Purchase order to purchase a quantity of up to 40 each Oxygen Subsystem Assembly, E-2C, Part number 269D550-1. The E-2C Parachute Survival Ensemble (PSE) is an emergency parachute system designed for the E-2C aircraft. The Emergency Oxygen Subsystem was developed for the E-2C PSE Project, as a modification of an existing East/West Industries proprietary design. East/West Industries is the only qualified source for the manufacture of the Oxygen Subsystem Assembly. The award will be on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis, due to the proprietary rights of the contractor, to East/West Industries, 80 Thirteenth Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
