This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the supplies listed in Section B. The awardee will maintain a readily available stock of the supplies listed in Section B for direct delivery to military customers around the world. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract with the possibility of split awards (awards of some NSNs to one contractor and the remainder to one or more other contractors.) There is a potential of award of approximately 3,000 NSNs under this solicitation. It is currently projected that almost all of the orders issued will be Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD). Contract Scope: The supplies covered by this contract are spare or replacement parts for Naval separator devices (examples include: Alfa Laval B214 Series (MIL-P-22088 Purifiers, Centrifugal Jet Fuel, Naval Shipboard Centrifugal Separators and Self-Cleaning Purifiers for fuel & lube oil, MIL-P-24710 purifiers, solids-ejecting (self cleaning), centrifugal, fuel and lube oil. Type of Contract -- The United States Government (USG) will award a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Requests should include the company name, address and solicitation number(s). The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 10 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
