The Bayone Local Redevelopment Authority (BLRA) is the designated Local Redevelopemnt Agency for the Military Ocean Terminal, Bayonne (MOTBY), New Jersey. The Authority is currently in the process of negotiating the transfer of the Terminal from the United States Army to itself. The Authority requires certain technical services in conjunction with this transfer. Technical services include: city planning; engineering (civil and other), and land survey. Terms will be negotiated procurement based upon proposals received subject to availability of Federal funds. Scope of work summaries follow: City Planning: evaluation of Amended Redevelopment Plan; support of adoption of Amended Redevelopment Plan as an approved City plan. Engineering: development of an engineering data base; assist as required Authority or interin tenants. Survey: full meets and bounds survey of the Military Ocean Terminal; plus survey of other selected elements.
