The Navy has a requirement to purchase maintenance, repair and calibration of government owned control and monitoring equipment. The period of performance will begin 1 April 2000 and end on 31 March 2001. This acquisition will be processed utilizing simplified small purchase procedures and is 100% set aside for small businesses. Only quotations from small business concerns will be considered. This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from Spectral Dynamics, 1983 Concourse Drive, San Jose, CA 95131, due to the proprietary control system software and associated circuit cards which can only be serviced by their field service representatives.
