The Navy requires maintenance services for four existing HiLevel Technology test systems. These services will consist of routine, remedial and emergency repairs and will be procured on a sole-source basis from HiLevel Technology, Inc. of Tustin, CA in accordance with FAR 6.302-1; i.e., only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. This contract will support HiLevel TOPAZV systems, serial numbers U103 and U104 and the ETS7000, serial number Y107 and the ETS370, serial number GG106. All four systems are located at NAVSEA Crane, IN. This will be a one-year contract with options for 4 additional years. See Note 22.
