We are seeking to enter into a contract with a banking institution to establish a branch at US Army Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. The branch will provide, as a minimum, full checking and savings services, 24-hour teller service and night deposit ability. Yuma Proving Ground will provide a facility equipped with a safe and 24-hour teller equipment. There are approximately 198 families and 45 single personnel residing permanently on the installation. In addition, there are about 2500 personnel at the installation on temporary duty from one to five weeks throughout the year. Selection will be made based on best value procedures using the criteria in the solicitation. A firm-fixed-price type contract is anticipated. Base period of performance will include a one-month phase-in period and six months of full performance. The contract will include four one-year option periods. The Standard Industrial Classification code for this action is 6029 with a size standard of $100M in assets.
