This procurement will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. FAR Part 36 also applies. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and qualified supervision to furnish and install shower water proofing, grout beds and ceramic tile in toilet rooms in Building 8, first and second floors. SIC Code 1743 applies with a size standard of $7M. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 -- $100,000. A bid guarantee is required. This procurement is unrestricted.
