The project is to install an air-conditioning system at the Charles King Gynasium, to include all construction and incidental related work necessary to: provide new air-conditioning, replace existing louvers with new windows designed to withstand 170 MPH windload, upgrade/replace existing lighting system, and repaint/refurbish interior. Replace other existing air-conditioning equipment as indicated. Upgrade/ revise electrical system to meet new air-conditioning load.
