The US Army CECOM intends to award contract for a Load Bank with the following requirements: (1) Load Capacity; max total rating shall be at least 66 kW (100 kW desired) Note: 60 kW required at 0.8 through 1.0 power factor loading; (2) Portability: The load bank shall be configured in one of the two following options: Integral forklift openings for lifting or wheel mounted; (3) Configuration; Single housed unit desired (reactive, resistive & controls in one enclosed unit); (4) Environment: Indoor/Outdoor operation required; (5) Input: 3-phase AC input required; (6) Control: Single remote control required; Infinitely adjustable load settings required; (7) Voltage Input requirements: 120V line-to-neutral, 208V line-to-line, 240V line-to-neutral and 416V line-to-line; and (8) Frequency Input Requirements: 50 or 60 Hz, 400 Hz (desired).
