The system shall perform sine (24,000 force pound rating) and random vibration (20,000 force pound rating) and shock pulse testing. The system shall be a complete system including an electrodynamic exciter (shaker), power amplifier, integral sliptable and base, heat exchanger, cabling and ducting and field power supply. The system must be a general purpose high performance shaker with an extra capacity amplifier to generate very high SRS shock pulses (up to 5000 g and 5000 Hz). The system will be used to test a wide variety of items ranging from electronic components to pyrotechnic devices. The power requirements are as follows: Electrical, 480 vac, 60 Hz, 3-phase and 115 vac, 60 Hz, single phase; Water, 40 psi at +45 to +70 degrees F; Air, 100 psi shop air. Maximum dimensions are: 120 inches long, 65 inches wide, 66 inches to the top of armature (in upright position), and 46 inches to the top of sliptable. Delivery is required F.o.b. destination within 6 months of contract award. Final inspection and acceptance will be performed at NSWC Crane after installation and start-up by the contractor. This acquisition is not restricted and will be processed utilizing FAR Part 12 procedures. The Standard Industrial Code is 3569 and the size standard is 500 employees.
