This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2653 with a corresponding size standard of 500. The Department of the Treasury, Financial management Service (FMS) is seeking sources of small and large check boxes which will be distributed to various Federal Reserve Banks throughout the U.S. Anticipated date of award is on or before March 1, 2000 with delivery within two weeks of award; an additional delivery date is estimated for August, 2000. Vendors are requested to submit pricing for the base year (anticipated date of award through January 31, 2001) and one additional option year (February 1, 2001 through January 31, 2002), utilizing the requirements for the base year and must include FOB destination. Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest overall price. FAR 212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
