shall supply virus carrier and aerially apply Virus formulation for
supperssion of Douglas-Fir Tussock Moth on forestlands of the Umatilla
and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests. Contractor shall also be
responsible for locating treatment boundaries with GPS coordinates and
for providing inspection/administrative flights. Contractor shall
provide all equipment, labor, and supplies, except for those provided
as Government-furnished property and services, to perform these
services. Estimated 70,000 acres of treatment area, and 36 hours of
administrative flights. Performance in Spring Calendar Year 2000,
approximately June 15, 2000. Estimated Release Date for Request For
Proposals is February 15, 2000. Estimated Response Date is March 15,
2000. Estimated price range is between $1.75 million and 3.25 million.
