SIC Code 8999 applies and to be considered a small business under this code, average annual receipts for a firm and its affiliates for the part three fiscal years must not exceed $5 million. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00 annually with a base year and four option periods. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 2 February 2000.
