Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform all operations in connection with the removal and disposal of WWII era buildings at Fort Drum, New York. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Priced". This will be 100% set aside for small business concerns. SIC Code 8999 applies and to be considered a small business under this code, average annual receipts for a firm and its affiliates for the part three fiscal years must not exceed $5 million. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00 annually with a base year and four option periods. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 2 February 2000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The entire solicitation package (IFB) will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page and no hardcopies will be provided. All sources wishing to submit a bid are required to monitor the Fort Drum Contracting web page for any/all amendments to the IFB. Failure to respond to an amendment may render the bid as non-responsive. The bid must be supplied in hard copy form the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, no electronic bids will be accepted.
