The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for Real Estate Sales Closing Services for single family (one to four units) properties located within the following geographic area: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren Counties in the State of New Jersey as described in the enclosed specifications for the New York Office of HUD which is under the jurisdiction of the Philadelphia Homeownership Center. The offeror must demonstrate experience in sales closings of such properties. This will be a fixed-price indefinite quantity contract with a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 800 for the base contract period of one year with two (2) year options to extend the contract. The contractor must establish an office suitable for closings within 15 days after award in Essex, Hudson or Union Counties. The contractor must be a member of the New Jersey State Bar. Solicitation packages will be available on February 3, 2000 at HUD's New York office located at 26 Federal Plaza, Room 35-120, NY. Only faxed or written requests will be honored.
