Maintenance work shall be done once during the spring maintenance season (March 15 -- May 30) and once during the fall maintenance season (September 1 -- November 30) on roads specified in the solicitation. BASIS of AWARD: Award shall be made to the low responsive, responsible Offeror for each Item. Award of two (2) Items to one (1) Contractor will be based on the most advantageous cost to the Government. LIMIT of AWARD: Offerors may qualify their offers to limit the number of Items to one (1) for which they will be obligated to accept a contract. Award to any one Offeror will be limited to a maximum of two (2) Items. Preference of award list in Section B -- Schedule of Items MUST be completed if Contractor quotes on more than one (1) Item.
