DESTINATION to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. PACKAGING AND PACKING shall be IAW contractor's best Commercial Packaging ASTM D 3951. BAR CODE MARKINGS are required IAW MILSTD 1189A/12K. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial item prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. Quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The assigned RFQ number is DAAB07-Q-00-D621. Solicitation requirements and incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circulars. Offerors are requested to provide quotes for Contract Line Item 0001AA (6150-01-377-4828, WIRING HARNESS) and Contract Line Item 0002AA as the 100% Option. Award will be made on the lowest price, technically acceptable quote. Successful offeror will be asked to complete Representations and Certifications that would ordinarily be included into the solicitation.
